Our Agents
Reta is the Owner and Principal of The Springer Agency, and has been since 1985. Her philosophy is the Customer comes first, she strives to make sure that every customer is treated like our only Customer. We have no voice mail, you will talk to a real person, no prompts to push, just a real live person. She also strives to make sure that you have the coverages that you need, and that are appropriate to your circumstances, not one size fits all.
Nick has been with the company since 2000. He is fully licensed and handles the business insurance for the agency.
Ashley has been with the agency since 2005, but has been in the insurance business for over 10 years! Not only is she a fully licensed agent, but she is also the Midlothian Office Manager.
Peggy has been with us since 2001 and is a fully licensed associate agent. She can help customize and service your auto, home and life coverage needs.
Amanda has been a licensed agent since November of 2008. She is fully licensed.
Our Main location is ready to assist our customers when they need us most. We have a back up generator, two kinds of back up internet services and back up phones. If a disaster strikes our area, we can keep our doors open to assist in your claim.
