If it is safe to do so, make sure you and yoru passengers are safe. Move to safety if it does not put anyone else in danger.
If there are no injuries and the vehicles are safe to move - move them out of traffic and someplace safe
If there are injuries and or the damage is not minor, you must contact the police.
Document the location, Damage and anything that may be relavent.
If the police come, they will handle moving the vehicles
Only do this once it is safe to do so. You may wait until you are at home if needed.
