Go with higher deductibles. The higher the deductible, the lower your premium will be. Why pay for a low deductible when you are not going to turn in small claims anyway!
Roof age is now a really big deal. Most carriers will not insure homes with roofs over 15 years old! Have an old roof? You may need to stay with your current policy for a bit.
Wind and Hail is the new Hurricane. Most policies are renewing with Wind and Hail deductibles instead of the old Named Storm, or simply Hurricane, deductible. Read your policy carefully -or call us!
