Other Structures

Any structure on a residential property, other than the primary dwelling, is usually considered an Other Structure. While they will have a separate defined limit of coverage, they are still covered for the same perils as the main house. Because of the broad coverage, they must meet the same eligibility guidelines as the primary home.
