We Are Officially Experts!?
We got an email the other day that said we were experts in Home and Car insurance in our area. Well, I agree. Typically emails like this are some kind of either scam or ploy to sell us something.
However, I took a deeper look at the site and found out they actually did rank us. They used secret shoppers and did some research about us on-line. Cool!
Now I am self taught tech nerd and I can make a web site and presence pretty impressive (like our site) so I don't usually get impressed with some other agent's websites. But I was impressed however with the fact they actually secret shopped us!
...I wonder if the secret shopper bought a policy with us?
