Tisha Hicks

Latisha was born and raised in South Hill, Virginia. She started her career in the medical field, earning her PCA certification and Med Tech license. After a couple of years, she made the switch to sales and customer service, where she found her true passion. In 2023, she got her Personal Lines Insurance License and spent two years working remotely with USAA.

Looking for a more personal connection with her clients, Latisha joined our office to focus on one-on-one relationships and personalized service. She truly enjoys getting to know the people she helps and building lasting connections.

Outside of work, Latisha is a proud mom of two. She loves doing fun activities with her kids and finds joy in journaling during her downtime. She’s excited to be part of the Springer team and is looking forward to growing her career in the insurance world.
